Terms & Conditions – Raffle Coupon

  • Promotion period: 27 June – 30 August 2025
  • Customers will receive 1 raffle coupon for every purchase of gold, diamond, or pearl jewelry worth AED 1,000.
  • A total of 30 winners will each receive 1 gold bar (12 grams).
  • Dubai Jewellery Group and Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment reserve the right to postpone, delay, or defer the promotion if required.
  • A 5% VAT, as per UAE Federal Law, will be applicable on the gold value and must be paid by the winner at the time of prize collection.
  • Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
  • The prize must be claimed in person by the winner and collected in Dubai.
  • To claim the prize, Original winning coupon, winner’s Passport copy and Invoice (matching the name on the coupon) must be produced
  • Dubai Jewellery Group reserves the right to withhold or deny the prize if the provided documents are deemed inappropriate or inadequate.
  • In the event the winner is unavailable or untraceable, Dubai Economy & Tourism (DET) will be the final authority to determine the appropriate course of action.
  • Dubai Jewellery Group reserves the right to escalate any issues regarding the winner or winning coupon to Dubai Economy & Tourism or any other competent Government authority.
  • The prize must be claimed within 30 days of the winner announcement in media channels of Dubai Jewellery Group’s choice.
